For a while I wanted to write about weight losing success of guy I worked with. He has been with us for about 6 months. When I saw that guy every day at work I didn’t really notice that his weight was changing, but when after 6 month I asked him how much weight he actually lost during that time and he told me that it was like 33 lbs from his 220 lbs!!!

When he first started working with up we would hang out together and he told me that he was trying to loose some weight for some time without much of success. So I shared with him my experience in that subject, I told him about one book I read a while ago and kind of summed up the system that book described.

The book is call Natural Hormone Enhancement by Rob Faigin.

To simplify the system looks like this. You trick your body so it starts burning fat by eating no more than 20 grams of carbohydrates a day for 7 days. After that you eat in cycle like this, 40-60 grams of carbohydrates a dayƂ for two days. Last meal or two on third day should be loaded with carbohydrates, preferably without protein, then 3 more days with 40-60 grams of carbohydrates a day, and seventh day of the week iscarb day again.

You do not need to count neither calories nor fats.

For example Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday you eat 60 grams of carbs and you load up carbs on Wednesday and Sunday. Pick your own days of the week as you wish.

If you slip, had two carb days in row or so then you need to start again with that full week of just 20 grams of carbs a day.
This system is a little difficult to follow especially if you eat your lunches in restaurants like I often do. But after some time it worked out just fine. Frankly I slipped off that cycle so many times especially around the Holidays. And now again I have to start over again.
