It is interesting to see how people get excited around New Year time and get themselves sparkling New Year Resolution every year and how they immediately forgot to follow it.
What stroke me is looking at search trend for common resolution terms search volume in January drops back to what it was in December. Here is couple of examples:

Search for “diet”:
Stick with your Fitness New Year Resolution

Search for “fitness”:
Stick with your Fitness New Year Resolution

Search for “weight”:
Stick with your Fitness New Year Resolution
